Galala Features: –
1. All finishes can be applied on Galala limestone, except flamed.
Note 1: Galala white is not preferred with tumbled finish, because it causes high wastage ratio. But Tumbled finish can be applied on strong materials like Galala cream.
1. It’s preferred the most with epoxy resin treatment.
2. It can be used in interiors, walls, floors (but not high traffic ones).
3. It doesn’t need Anti-salts treatment.
Material defects:
1. It’s Hard to find one color Galala block, even if it is extracted from the same quarry, except Galala Extra.
2. Even when we cut the Galala Extra block into slabs, it’s hard to find big slab without cracks. For these 2 reasons, Galala Extra costs more than others.
3. Its water absorption ratio is high, so it’s not recommended for high traffic floors, therefore it’s recommended only for indoor floors.

SHADE VARIATION

In the production prices, there is no shade variation. Produced by raw natural raw materials come with color and size variations in the same batch and over batch to batch. Therefore manufacturers limit the amount of shade variation in the carton box by sorting the tiles coming from the production line.

QUICK TIPS
1. View tiles as a carpet of tiles and not as individual pieces.
2. Before installation, it is recommended to check the desired effect with a dry lay first.
3. It is also ideal to view the dry lay effect under lighting condition which is as close as possible to the final lighting condition.
4. When using one type of tile within the same area, it is recommended to use tiles from within the same production batch.
